GigCommand Terms of Service

Version: 2.0

Effective Date: August 7, 2026

Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Welcome

Welcome to GigCommand.

GigCommand is an operations platform designed to help working bands organize shows, merchandise, inventory, finances, travel, contacts, equipment, and closeout work in one place.

GigCommand is operated by Wrecked Hooligan LLC.

By creating an account, creating or joining an organization, starting an organization trial, purchasing organization access, or using GigCommand, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a GigCommand user account. If you create, manage, start a trial for, or purchase access for a GigCommand organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Individual user accounts are identities used to access GigCommand. Commercial service access and operational data belong to the GigCommand organization, which may be a band, artist project, touring team, or related music operation.

Accounts and Organizations

GigCommand is built around organizations.

An organization may represent a band, artist, music project, touring team, or related business operation.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure organization members have appropriate access.

One subscription covers the whole organization. GigCommand does not sell personal subscriptions, family subscriptions, per-member plans, or per-seat plans.

Free Trial

GigCommand offers a 14-day free trial for new commercial organizations.

No credit card is required to start the trial.

The trial begins only when you intentionally create your commercial organization. Creating an account by itself does not start a trial.

At the end of the trial, continued full access may require a paid subscription or another valid access source.

Paid Plans

GigCommand offers the following commercial plans:

  • Monthly subscription: $12.99 per month per organization.
  • Annual subscription: $129.99 per year per organization.
  • Founding Lifetime: $399 one-time payment per organization, subject to availability.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.

Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment and does not renew.

Plan Changes

An organization owner or other authorized billing manager may change between Monthly and Annual organization plans where the product supports it.

Monthly to Annual and Annual to Monthly changes take effect at the next renewal.

GigCommand does not prorate Monthly and Annual plan changes.

Scheduled plan changes may be cancelled before they take effect where the product supports reversal.

Cancellation

An organization owner or other authorized billing manager may cancel a Monthly or Annual organization subscription at any time from the Manage Plan area in GigCommand.

Cancellation does not remove access immediately. Your organization keeps paid access through the current paid period.

Before cancellation takes effect, an authorized billing manager may keep the organization subscription where the product safely supports reversal.

After a trial or paid subscription actually ends, your organization may enter restricted Data Access Mode. During Data Access Mode, legitimate organization members may view and export existing organization data, but active operational changes may be blocked.

GigCommand currently keeps organization data available in Data Access Mode for 90 days after paid or trial access ends. You may reactivate during that period to restore full access and cancel scheduled deletion. After the retention period, organization data is scheduled for deletion under GigCommand's data-retention policy.

Certain payment, security, audit, tax, legal, and operational records may be retained where required or appropriate. Backup copies may follow applicable backup retention cycles and may not be removed immediately from every backup system.

After the paid period ends, subscription-based access may end unless your organization has another valid access source.

Founding Lifetime

Founding Lifetime is a one-time purchase for one GigCommand organization.

Founding Lifetime is permanently limited to the first 100 paid organizations, subject to availability when payment is confirmed.

Founding Lifetime is tied to the organization that purchased it. It is not transferable, sellable, assignable, or reusable for another organization.

Founding Lifetime remains valid for as long as GigCommand continues operating the service.

Original Founding Bands and complimentary organizations may receive separate access arrangements from GigCommand. Those arrangements are not public paid Founding Lifetime purchases and do not create a public paid slot.

Billing and Payment Processing

GigCommand uses Stripe to process payments.

When organization access is paid through Stripe Checkout, Stripe handles payment collection and may provide receipts, fraud prevention, payment method storage, and related billing services.

GigCommand does not directly store raw payment card numbers when Stripe handles the payment.

The organization or authorized billing manager agrees to provide accurate billing information and to keep payment information current where required for recurring organization subscriptions.

Taxes

Prices may not include taxes, duties, or similar governmental charges unless stated otherwise.

The organization or authorized billing manager is responsible for any taxes that apply to the organization purchase, except taxes based on GigCommand's income.

GigCommand may calculate or collect taxes where required by law or by payment processor configuration.

Refunds

Refund and cancellation details are described in the GigCommand Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Subscription charges are generally not automatically refunded when you cancel. Cancellation prevents future renewal and preserves access through the current paid period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact GigCommand Support.

Organization Data

Your organization retains ownership of the information it creates in GigCommand.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, store, and manage any information placed into the platform.

You may not upload information that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Attempt to access another organization's information without permission.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of GigCommand.
  • Use GigCommand for unlawful purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or organization.
  • Attempt to bypass security, authorization, billing, or entitlement controls.
  • Use GigCommand in a way that could harm other users or the platform.

If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly.

Availability of Service

We work to keep GigCommand available and reliable.

Maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

We may temporarily suspend access when necessary to maintain, secure, or improve the platform.

Termination

You may stop using GigCommand at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially violated, continued access would threaten the platform, payment is not completed where required, or we are required to do so by law.

When practical, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users before permanent termination.

Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law or stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Disclaimer

GigCommand is provided on an "as available" basis.

While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that GigCommand will always operate without interruption or be free from errors.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate records for your organization and should not rely on GigCommand as your sole backup of important information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrecked Hooligan LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of GigCommand.

Our total liability for claims relating to GigCommand will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice within GigCommand or by other reasonable means.

Continued use of GigCommand after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
