Welcome to GigCommand.
GigCommand is an operations platform designed to help independent bands organize shows, manage merchandise and inventory, track finances, coordinate travel, maintain contacts, and operate more efficiently.
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using GigCommand and describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
GigCommand is operated by Wrecked Hooligan LLC.
By creating an account or using GigCommand, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
By using GigCommand, you represent that you have the authority to use the service and, when applicable, to act on behalf of your organization.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

- Do not share your account with others.
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activities that occur under your account unless those activities result from our own error or a security issue within GigCommand.

Organizations
GigCommand is built around organizations.
Organizations may include one or more members working together to manage their band's operations.
Each organization is responsible for the information it creates and manages within GigCommand.
Future versions of GigCommand may introduce additional ownership and administrative capabilities. Those features will be documented when they become available.

Organization Data
Your organization retains ownership of the information it creates within GigCommand.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, store, and manage any information you place into the platform.
You may not upload information that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Acceptable Use
GigCommand is built to help independent bands operate professionally.
Please use the platform responsibly and respectfully.
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to GigCommand or another organization's information.
- Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.
- Use GigCommand for unlawful purposes.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to bypass security or authentication mechanisms.
- Use GigCommand in a manner that could harm other users or the platform.
If you discover a security issue, we encourage you to report it responsibly so that it can be addressed.

While no software is perfect, we will make a good-faith effort to fix issues, improve the platform, and communicate openly with our users.

Availability of Service
We work to keep GigCommand available and reliable.
However, maintenance, updates, unexpected outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

Intellectual Property
GigCommand, including its software, branding, logos, design, and original content, is the property of Wrecked Hooligan LLC unless otherwise noted.

Your organization retains ownership of the information it creates and stores within GigCommand.

Termination
You may stop using GigCommand at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to GigCommand if:
- These Terms are materially violated.

- We are required to do so by law.

Disclaimer
GigCommand is provided on an "as available" basis.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrecked Hooligan LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of GigCommand.
Our total liability for claims relating to GigCommand will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
