We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your organization's operational data.
We do not share one organization's private operational information with another organization.
We only share information when it is necessary to:

- Protect the security, rights, or property of GigCommand, our users, or others
If GigCommand introduces optional community or networking features in the future, participation will always require your organization's explicit opt-in. We will clearly explain what information is shared before those features become available and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
Third-Party Services
GigCommand relies on trusted third-party service providers to operate the platform.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.
Current providers include:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and secure data storage
- Vercel for application hosting and delivery
- Stripe for payment processing, Checkout, subscription billing, receipts, and related fraud-prevention or payment services
Additional providers may be added as GigCommand grows. This Privacy Policy will be updated if those changes materially affect how your information is handled.
Payment Information
GigCommand uses Stripe to process commercial payments.
When commercial organization access is purchased through Stripe Checkout, Stripe may collect and process payment details, billing information, payment method information, transaction records, tax-related information, fraud-prevention signals, and receipt information.
GigCommand receives payment and billing status information from Stripe so that we can manage billing records, subscription status, and organization access.
GigCommand does not directly store raw payment card numbers when payment is handled by Stripe.
Data Security
Protecting your organization's information is important to us.
GigCommand uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Examples include:
- Encrypted connections using HTTPS
- Secure user authentication
- Role-based access controls within organizations
- Infrastructure provided by trusted hosting and database providers
While we work hard to protect your information, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We encourage users to choose strong passwords and keep their account credentials private.
Data Retention
GigCommand retains your information for as long as it is necessary to provide the service or meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
If trial or paid access for an organization ends, GigCommand may place the organization into restricted Data Access Mode. During that period, legitimate organization members may view and export existing organization data while active operational changes may be blocked.
GigCommand currently keeps organization data available in Data Access Mode for 90 days after trial or paid access ends. Reactivation during that period restores full access and cancels scheduled deletion.
After the retention period, organization data is scheduled for deletion under GigCommand's data-retention policy. Certain payment, security, audit, legal, tax, and operational records may be retained where required or appropriate. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle completes.
Information may also be retained for a reasonable period after account closure when necessary to:
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Comply with applicable laws
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery processes
When information is no longer required, we will delete or securely dispose of it using reasonable methods.
Your Rights and Choices
You remain in control of the information you choose to provide to GigCommand.
Depending on how you use the service, you may be able to:
- Update your account information.
- Edit or remove information you have entered.
- Leave an organization if you are no longer a member.
- Request deletion of your account or organization.
- Contact us with questions about your information or this Privacy Policy.
As GigCommand continues to grow, additional privacy and account management tools may become available.
Account and Organization Deletion
GigCommand allows organizations to manage their own operational information.
Authenticated users can initiate personal account deletion from within GigCommand by going to Settings > Delete Account and completing the confirmation step. Support remains available if you need help.
When we receive a verified deletion request, we will make reasonable efforts to remove the requested information within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain certain information to:
- Comply with applicable laws
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce our agreements
- Protect the security and integrity of the platform
Organization deletion is separate from personal account deletion. Organization deletion requests should be submitted through GigCommand Support unless and until owner-controlled organization deletion is made available directly within the application.
Children's Privacy
GigCommand is intended for band, artist, touring, and related music organizations. Individual people use GigCommand through user accounts as members or representatives of those organizations.
GigCommand is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to remove that information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
As GigCommand continues to grow, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, when appropriate, provide additional notice within GigCommand or by other reasonable means.
